We are using quaife sequential gearbox high performance gear kit in our Honda RSX which currently holds the 2nd Fastest 4 cylinder car on half mile in the world. Peaking at a top speed of 347 KmPH on half mile the gear kit performed excellently.

The Quaife QKE8J K-Series 5-Speed Sequential Gearbox Kit is a high-performance gearbox upgrade for vehicles equipped with a K-Series engine. It is designed for use in rear-wheel drive cars and can handle up to 900 Nm of torque. The kit includes a Quaife ATB (Automatic Torque Biasing) differential, which provides improved traction and handling. The 5-speed sequential gearbox features quick and easy gear changes, improved reliability and a lightweight design. The QBE8J/QKE8J is a popular choice among motorsports enthusiasts, particularly those who participate in road racing, rally and drag racing.
QKE8J features a replacement Quaife outer gearbox case with an additional support bearing between 4th and 5th gears. With an open face dog design and a compact, drum style sequential gearchange mechanism, gear shifts are ultra rapid and positive.
Using the original EP3/FN2/DC5 bellhousing half of the transmission casing, QKE8J retains the Honda clutch, differential, driveshafts, and mounting points. Gearing options for rally, race, or drag racing include wide straight cut (spur) close-ratio gears. For road and track day applications, a helical set is also available.

They are now supplying the QKE8J Version 2 which has been updated with a revised shift mechanism which integrates the ability to connect a pneumatic shift system directly to the gearbox.
What is a sequential gearbox?
