Each item is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to our customers. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide our Customer Support team with clear photographs of the item’s condition, along with your order details. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement of the damaged product or a store credit, at our sole discretion.
4. Order Cancellation: Due to our no-return policy, we encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Address Changes: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date before finalizing your purchase. We cannot make changes to the shipping address once the order is placed. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund or resend the package.
